I decided to go for a run around Fish Creek park this morning with one of the Narconon staff members. With water in my hand and comfortable shoes on my feet I ran up the hill and got an amazing, overwhelming, yet clear feeling radiate through my body. I stopped at the top of the hill and stared at the beautiful canyon, rolling green hills, and thousands of trees and allowed myself to feel it. I had found my freedom. The freedom of sanity! The freedom of knowing who I am and loving myself, and being worthy of happiness. Worthy of accomplishing and having whatever I choose. Free of despair and hopelessness.
I sat and allowed myself to feel it. I shed a few tears and embraced the emotion. I now allow myself to feel emotion: happiness, pride, and accomplishment. I am free of my past. It's there but has passed and will stay there. I have control of myself, emotions, environment, and with that comes my freedom!

Three months ago if someone would have told me where I would be today, I would have never believed them.
Completing the Narconon program has given me my life back. I feel in full control of my body and mind. My confidence in myself is a thousand times greater than it was the very first time I walked through the doors at Narconon.
